Hi , guys ! I need some help with my friends PC . It has a core 2 quad q8300 and a gtx 760 . He recently bought that gtx 760 and everything runs fine before reinstalling windows . After that it started to work so slow like high cpu and hdd usage with only one program opened , even in idle that happens...I don't know what to do , what are your thoughts ?
High cpu and hdd usage after installing graphics card and windows , is it bottleneck or smth else?

First of all I would like to thank you very much because you are responding still now , I was so done and angry because 8 years old I had a pc worst than that and it runs smooth . I'm so sorry that I doesn't respond till now...So , it has 6 gb of ram . I can't post it right now because it's my friends pc , I will post later 
Before reinstalling windows wasn't that problem ,but after that it running like I mining with a software or smth . Still now runs like that , I couldn't find a solution .
