The build I am refering to is the one in mysignature. I have a Fractal Design Define R5 Case. http://www.microcenter.com/product/308399/CNPS9900LED_Universal_CPU_Cooler or http://www.microcenter.com/product/253340/CNPS9500A_LED_Universal_CPU_Cooler for my cpu fan. I have an extra insignia fan and I am not sure if I put one in the desktop already or if I took it back out...

I wish I thought to ask this earlier, but I have an XLR8 Geforce GTX 1050Ti 4GB edition for 129.99 and LG - 29" IPS LED FHD 21:9 UltraWide FreeSync Monitor for around 180 both from Best Buy.

Do I need liquid cooling? Do I need a gpu cooler? How can I utilize free sync? I have a displayport shipping to me since I read freesync doesn't work with hdmi. This is my first gaming PC, thank you for all advice.

Those 2 CPU coolers will work but they are very old and expensive. I own both Hyper 212 and Cryorig H7, I prefer H7 since it is definitely better. Actually you don't need to get CPU cooler unless you plan to overclock. Even if you overclock, it will not help since your 1050Ti is weaker comparing to 6700K. You don't need liquid cooling unless you overclock very high on your 6700K. You don't need GPU cooler. You can use free sync if both monitor and GPU support AMD free sync. You have Nvidia GPU which support GSync..
