Here the story, computer goes to sleep, I try shaking the mouse or typing on the keyboard to turn it on. No choice but have to hold the power button, turns back on has a white bar across the screen, turn it off and open the pc to see whats wrong, fix the problem, turn it on, no white bar, on desktop granted with a message "your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart." Restart and computers goes into a loop of starting up and shutting down, turn it off AGAIN, now I'm stuck with the computer turning on but not showing anything on the monitor.
The lights, and fans are working, keyboard and mouse are supposed to light up when you press them or light up on its own.

I'm all out of options of what to do before going to a expert, I don't know how many times I've shut down my pc and started it back up when this started happening and kinda worried that I've been doing it a lot just to troubleshoot. I'm trying to save money but I can buy new parts. Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.

Corsair Vengeance Ram 4 sticks
Mobo: Maximus Vii Hero RoG
PSU: Corsair RM750
GPU: Geforce 970 ftw acx 2.0
EDIT: Never mind just found what was causing the problem
The lights, and fans are working, keyboard and mouse are supposed to light up when you press them or light up on its own.
What I tried
Used a old graphics card, still black screen
Rearrange the RAM, didn't work
Rearrange everything, didn't work
Put the cpu into a different slot
used a different hdmi cord and vga
What I know
It's not the monitor, tired using a different device and it still works
Could be either the MoBo, Graphics card, or PSU
