So... when i play overwatch (and other games, but i overally play overwatch) my graphics card (gtx 1060 6gb) is only using 1,5gb at epic settings in the most intense match... but it tells me its at 98/99/100%. Why is that? its only usingn 1.5gb of the 6gb it has, so why is it at its limit with 80ºC???

Processing data is different than using memory. Memory is a storage area, graphics related data like textures goes there. The GPU still has to process that data, that's the 'computing' part of things. A game might require plenty of processing but only need 2gb to store the relevant data. Think of it like this: Your car needs gas to run. If you are going 100mph, it doesn't matter how much gas you have in the tank right? You could have 5 gallons of gas in there or 25 gallons, you're still going 100mph.

My friend as your processor has 4 core when you play games in your PC the processor reach to its max so it dose not use all your graphic card .Taking an example like you have only 4 roads but your graphic card produce many cars as go from 8 roads but due to shortage of roads the cars get slow and due to this cars get slow and due to this your graphic card not able to produce as much car as require by the game .So i recommended you to upgrade your processor to 8 core.
