Best CPU for 4k Gaming

Dear Sirs,
I'm planing to build an ultra gaming rig for myself after years.
I just want to play at 4k not 1440p not 1080p only 4k.
Here is the parts that i have purchased already :
TV: LG OLED B7
PSU: Corsair AX1500i
Case: Corsair obsidian 900d
GPU: 2X MSI GTX 1080 ti Lightning for 2 way SLI
RAM: 32gb 4x8gb Gskill RGB 3200Mhz
SSD: Samsung m.2 960 EVO 1 Tb
Here is my question :
Which CPU is the best for my gaming rig ?
8700K or 7900X or 7980XE ?
I've studied all reviews on the net for 8700K and 7900X but all reviews are only for 1080p gaming and not 4k.
I need help to choose from these three CPU's

Because 4k runs at lower fps than 1080p/1440p the cpu workload is actually lower at 4k. This is why you don't see benchmarks as the gpu is the limiting factor and not the cpu, the results for each cpu would be nearly identical at 4k reporting the max fps of the gpu. To be honest if just gaming a 8400 or 8600k would be fine but an 8700k would be a great option as it allows you to multitask easily.
