Hi bro, i want to upgrade my intel pentium e6300 to xeon e5450 SLBBM.
This is my motherboard specs :

My quetion is :
1 - Xeon e5450 use 1333mhz fsb, and is it a must to use ddr3 1333mhz ram ?
2 - If i still wanna use this mobo, it is possible for me to use it ? Cause i read about e5450 before, and there is someone use this proc with ddr2 800mhz ram.

I walked through your link information. Since the Q9650 is supported on this mobo and you have a G41/ICH7 chipset you should be able to use up to 95W series 5xxx Xeon CPU with this mod. The E5450 meets this requirement. I highly suspect that you will have to add the Xeon microcode to the BIOS to get it to run.

With regard to FSB and RAM speeds, I might not have been clear. There is a relationship between FSB and RAM speeds, just not a 1-to-1 relationship. In the G41 chipset the CPU generates the BCLK frequency which is then multiplied by the FSB so as to communicate with the Graphics Memory Controller Hub (GMCH), commonly referred to as the Northbridge. The GMCH then communicates with the RAM...
Processor is not supported on this mobo. Not sure where you read that somebody used this CPU with this mobo but the CPU is a socket LGA771

while the mobo is a socket 775

As well the Xeon is not supported by MSI on this mobo
https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/G41M4F#support-cpu

Now it is possible to get adapters to physically seat the CPU but you have some significant software modifications to carry out. Not for the uninitiated, screw up and you might not be able to boot the computer.

RAM speed is not directly related to FSB speed. Again, look at what is supported by the mobo. DDR3 RAM will not physically fit in a DRR2 socket and it is electrically incompatible as well.

I read that my mobo chipset G41 are supported to run xeon modded on socket 775, so i thought i can make mu on xeon modded cpu with this modo. But im not sure about RAM frequency. But as u say ram speed is not directly related to FSB speed, so i think i will try run it first.

The key here is to try to have your memory speed faster than your FSB speed otherwise you created a bottleneck in the communication process. So the RAM should be as fast or faster than the FSB.

Since your FSB speed is 1333 MHz you should be okay if you use DDR2 667 or faster RAM.

667 x 2 = 1333 for Double Data Rate (DDR) RAM.

I have 2 builds for the last 5 years with E5450
My latest is 2 years old e5450 on G41M-P25
The only isue i had with both builds was the RAM ( my motherboard has some special keys to be put in specific position and it overclocl's it selfs so it can use the 1333mhz DDR3 RAM ) I had maxed out to 8GB ( maximum supported for the MB ) but not for long ... shortly after PC starts to act wierd .... and i downgraded to 6GB ddr3 1333

The CPU is very RAM limited ! DO NOT BUY HYPER-X ( personal mistake i made long ago :) still have it in my wardrobe catching dust :D )
Best recomendation is to use VALUE SELLECT ! ( this is the ram that e5450 loves ) I personaly didnt have much problems with this RAM sticks in both builds ...
Do not go above 1333mhz for the ram speed

If u have any questions ask :)

CPU : Xeon E5450 3.00GHZ
MB : G41M-P25 ( MSI )
GPU : GTX960 WINDFORCE
RAM : Value Select 2x4GB ( reduced to 6 )
PSU : Corsair 650w ( TX )

Regarding Microcodes : Yes probably you will need them since the Xeon isnt for this socket ....and it has some wierd temperature readings in the sensors .... After microcodes everthing is coming to place :)
And it's not roket science how someone explained to u ^
simple task ...
