High CPU temps while gaming - are correct in these titles?

Hi,
I am using Rog Strix 1080 A8G from about 2 weeks - earlier i didnt play on PC but now i can see that my CPU temps are quite hight imo while playing. I used my PC for video editing, 3d Artlantis rendering and never temps went above 70-80deg for a long on CPU. Only in Prime 95 Torture were 95+

Now i see that while playing in some games CPU is hotter than while rendering ^^ Yesterday i did some 3dmark benchmark - results are very good but e.g. in firestrike temps on CPU 90+deg in physics in Firestrike or Sky Diving.

Also in games in Witcher 3 and Mass Effect Andromeda the CPU temps are 80-90deg (jumping from 70 to 85 depending if landscape or not) Ofc details are very high/uber but i also tried to lower them - i get then more fps and lower GPU temps but temps on CPU still high. Tried also turn off antyaliasing also.

CPU cooling is effective - after a while when i leave game or after 3dmark test temps on CPU return to 35+ in 3 sec and after a next while of idling to below 30deg. Standard in idle on desktoop on CPU is 27-29, on GPU 35-38 (so CPU temps are almost same as apartment temps..). While gaming GPU mostly below 70 (sometime 75) but CPU depending on game 55-90

Ofc it can be my fault because i love quiet so i set cooling fans in case to minimum, GPU's fans on 70deg max 40% of fans speed (below 1500 rmp) and on CPU also both fans - mostly max 1200rpm. While idling fans CPU are 600rpm and GPU 800rpm, In stress thresholds 1100rpm on CPU 70deg and in GPU is 50% (1600rmp) on 75+ deg

CPU is not overclocked - 4.1 Ghz in multi and 4.3 in single core. PC case inside has much place to airflow (no middle hdd case and no CD top case) but is near back wall so need improve air exhaust on top - i will mount two fans on top yet soon.

But I probably will not increase rmp on fans - my question is rather:

Are these 80+ CPU temps ok or to high in Witcher 3 or Mass Effect Andromeda on uber in 1440p on i7 6700K?

Ofc in other games temps also can reach 80 on CPU while its raining, clouds or other landscape and grass view, but mostly its 65 (Rise of the Tomb Rider or Doom 2016) The only option according to CPU cooling is replace with AiO water Silent Loop from Be Quiet or add more exhaust top fans to case - i dont want increase rpm.

p.s Did anyone try to change airflow in case inverting fans? e.g back and bottom intake, top and front exhaust - hot air to room not on back wall? :p

What is important room/flat inside temps are 26+ deg - its warm even during winter ;)

My config
i7 6700K 4.3 single core (4.1 on 4 cores) ghz
Be Quiet Dark Rock Pro 3 air cooling
Asus z170 pro gaming mobo
HyperX 16gb RAM (2 x 8) cl 12
Asus Strix 1080 A8G 11 gbs 8gb ddr5x
win10 on ssd samsung 850 evo
psu BeQuiet 850w platinium
case Fractal Define R5 (atm 2 x intake front, 1 x intake bottom, 1 x exhaust back - planning 2 x exhaust top)
monitor DELL 2716DG 1440p g-sync

Unfortunately it was thje only option i agree with u. Now my CPU cooling fans work faster above 60deg - up to 1500rmp and 1800rmp above 75deg - temps are lower on CPU still jumps between 65-80 but its not constant hight (depend on grass, wind, lightings, running etc) avarage is 70deg. So for other users - let fans spin faster (even if airflow is good). Probably temps will be lower when i mount mentioned 2 x silent wing 3 140mm on top this weekend.

I repasted it month ago when mobo came back from asus service on rma. But i tested all pc hardly after that and I hope i didnt hurt cpu when i launched prime 95 torture and had 100deg on all cores few times hehe. Or thermal paste didnt lose its properties then.
