All games drop to 20 fps after 5 minutes and the computer becomes slow

So it was all fine a day ago but now whenever i start up csgo i have 200-300 fps and after 5 mins it drops to 20-25,and its not just csgo every game drops to the same framerate,and when i close the game i can see that computer is slow too.....When i restart the computer its gone but after 5 minutes it happens again(no matter how long has the computer been shut down)
And its not temperature realtemp shows 50-53 *c and furmark 51 max.
Specs:
Gpu:Gtx 1050ti
Processor:i5 7500 3.4 ghz
Ram:8gb
Asus motherboard(not sure about the name)
And i have a right power supply that im sure..

Use MSI afterburner to monitor cpu/gpu/vram/ram/pagefile usage and cpu/gpu temps and fps.
Post screenshot with graphs from afterburner hardware monitoring window.

52% memory usage (game is still running)
All other stats are 0-1 %

So this it in glitched state game is running (16fps normally it sshuld be 80-90 overwatch) gpu clock is 1769mhz memory clock 3504
Vooltage is 0?! And the temp is 54

While in game press 'print screen' on your keyboard. Then search 'paint' in your Windows desktop start menu search bar and load paint up then ctrl+v to paste it in then 'save as' jpeg.

1. Your GPU is too weak for graphics settings you're using. You have to lower graphics settings and/or resolution.
2. Your system is low on ram. Pagefile usage graph shows 11GB ram usage, your system has 8GB only. This will cause slowdowns and frame drops. Upgrade your ram.

Why are you making those photos with phone?
Just press Alt+PrntScrn button on your keyboard and paste into mspaint.

And check your pc for malware with MBAM. You might have some cryptominer infection there.
