I just want to know if the pixels for example a card has 4096x2160 and another one has 7680x4320 with the same specs and all. What card will be better

Thats the max resolution for a gpu it doesnt have anything with pixels, mostly pixels are on monitor displayed.The most important things on gpu are ,
CUDA CORES,GDDR5 or GDDR5X, CORE CLOCK, MEM CLOCK,Memory Interface, Stream Processing units.

Thats just the max resolution they can output on a certain port they have this does not mean anything in terms of how good it is (only matters if you have multiple really high resolution displays that some cards just don't have enough ports for that can output at said resolution).
