i3 vs i5 vs i7 Mobile! Same deal; Dual Core?

The i3, i5 and i7 mobile versions, found in laptops seems the same in specs. All are dual cored and hyperthreaded.

When looking at the specs I can see that they share the same specs except the speed.

The biggest difference is that i5 and i7 has turbo boost. But then again, i5 and i7 is similar now!

What makes the difference of the bunch so that i7 is the best in performance than its identical sisters?

Clock speed, turbo boost, cache. There is very little difference between the i5u and i7u models in real-world performance. There is a fairly significant difference between i3u and i5u due to the clock speed/turbo boost.

When considering 'U' what still makes the i7 better than others?
