60 FPS Doesn't feel smooth anymore...

A while ago i was playing GTA V on normal graphics 45 fps and it felt smooth to me, but now once i bought my new computer with GTX 1060 3GB and i've played some titles with over 100 fps and i went to GTA V and play it on Ultra with 60 fps and it doesn't even feel smooth ;( Is there a way i could get over this and get used to under 100 fps xD It feels weird to ask for something like this!

Whats HZ is your monitor?

And capping a game down from 100-60 is very noticable and your eyes will pick it up as being very sluggish as your eyes aren't receiving as much info as they were before.

If you have a 60hz monitors 100fps is useless but if you have a 120 or 144hz monitor you need Gsync.

What are your settings in Advance Graphics i think that texture Details or quality something like that that should be on medium of you set that on high it might shutter
i have enabled that to high and i am getting good FPS but the game was shuttering
Using Asus Strix GTX 1060@6GB i5-4670K@4.4Ghz and 16GB of Ram

I used 60hz with that laptop i used to play GTA V on and had 45 fps on normal settings... Now i have 144hz and i play gta v on ultra 60 fps but it doesn't feel as smooth as 45 fps used to be back then!

you don't get my problem, it's not related to stuttering or anything i just have to get my eyes "used"
to worse framerates under 60 like before...
