Hello.
I have my i7 6700k @4.6ghz, 1.325mV
I have a custom loop with aquacomputer kyros Cuplex next vision Block and a 120mm XSPC AX radiator.
Ambient temps are 22-25C

As the build is about aesthetics and quietness over pure performance I have push pull fans and extremely low rpm. 600 for low duty tasks. 1000 absolute max rpm. Corsair SP120 push - noctua industrial black something or other pull.

Prime95/aida64 load temps
When the Liquid temperature as displayed on the Block is;
25C, CPU @65C
28C, CPU @ 8-70C
30C, CPU @70-72C
First question is do they sound about right? I'm not worried about those temps but wasn't sure if they were expected averages. As I see some people on here stating that theirs never exceed 60C with =< OCs

What I was worried about isbi was playing WOW last night everything maxxed and the CPU hit 66C and apparently a 50% max load although I wasn't monitoring what other tasks may have cause the CPU to spike to 50% during play. But 66C seems hot for even for 50% load, the liquid at that point was about 34C with fans still at minimum

For the sake of disclosure I also have a Vega 64 on a separate loop on a EKWB with a 360mm XSPC rad which doesn't exceed 40C with those same fan speeds using Unigene Heaven.

An image from before I'd added the pastel black to the CPU loop.

Those temps seem about right for that CPU. My friend’s i7-6700k sits around there with a Noctua NH-D15 at stock and at max load. That tower cooler is approximately comprable to a liquid cooler (discounting more exotic solutions).
