I'm very sorry if this has been answered already, but i'm really looking for some advice.
I stay in South Africa, so we do use ZAR currency (or Rand) just in case you guys want that info.
I currently have a Galax GTX 960 EXOC. I am really stuck between buying a second hand GTX 970, Galax GTX 1060 6GB, saving up some money and waiting a bit to buy a GTX 1070, or wait for Volta. I play at 1080p and my monitor is only 59Hz, but i want to be able to hit 60 FPS stable and future proof as well because I do plan on purchasing a 1440p monitor either end of this year or the beginning of next year.
Would you guys suggest waiting, or buying something for more performance now and save for something better?
