Everything looks fine to me, However, you might want to go with a GTX 1070 so you can have the 8gb DDR5 VRAM.

1. Fit in the 1300 budget
2. NVME SSD is much faster and best for video editing
3. 1060 6gb all perform similarly
4. Seasonic Focus Point is similar quality
5. You may want larger monitor, but feel free to keep your 24" LG
6. 3000 vs 3200 ram has small performance diff, 3200 is overpriced right now

I would be cautious with AB350M pro4 MB, fair amount of bad reviews about freezing and can not run ram at desirable speed. The $145 ram is OOS. much slower ssd, worse psu just to fit in 1070, which is overkill for the monitor.
