Looking for a free software that can take screenshots of entire Facebook groups and videos for a legal case

I am looking for a(the) free software that I can use on Windows 10 to:

1. Take screenshots of entire Facebook group wall and profile wall and other websites.
2. Record videos from facebook and other websites.

I need to collect this for a case and so there should not be any distracting tags and anything else that might question the chain of evidence.

PS: If this is not the appropriate forum or if someone knows a better forum where I can post this question, please mention it in the comments.

Screenshots:
Directly within Windows, CTRL-PRTSC, ALT-PRTSC, the Snipping tool.
Or a 3rd party application like Greenshot.

However...legally verifiable? Doubtful. Any semi-skilled person could edit/modify a .jpg to show whatever they want.
Something of that nature would be better obtained directly from the source...Facebook, via a court order.

Capturing video? You're on your own with that one.

I can offer a bit of advice: There are many chrome extensions out there that allow you to convert websites into PDFs. This feature is also a built into Safari for iOS 11.
