Then you can go with it.
But if you can build one yourself, then get this...

Yes, and no. It will run fine but there are improvements, i will design something better, How much is it?

It is fine for 1080p gaming.
Change the PSU to Corsair CXM or Seasonic S12II/M12II, the VS is a mediocre unit.
Also if the new generation i5-8400 is close to the 7500 price, go for it as it is a much better processor than the 7500. Remember, you also have to change the board to z370.

It’s about £880 at the minute.

I can’t because it’s from a website with limited things I can put onto it, if that makes any sense.

Problem is I can’t build a PC myself or I can’t get anyone to build it for me.

Performance wise will this one be better than the one I listed before?

Absolutely yes... http://www.pcgamer.com/intel-i5-8400-review-the-best-new-gaming-cpu-in-years/
The boost clock of 8400 is pretty solid.

Okay thanks a lot. So if I was to get all my parts from pc part picker and get the extras such as an os and just little things, will the pc be able to run games on decent settings etc?

Also will a 144hertz monitor be required or is a 60hertz one fine?

Dont go for a 144hz monitor with the 1060 6gb card. It will struggle on higher settings. For 144hz you need a 1070 atleast.
Get the parts from the above list and you should be fine even on higher settings.
For OS you can get it right away, or run it free for now and activate with a MS key later on. There wont be any difference in gaming performance... https://www.howtogeek.com/244678/you-dont-need-a-product-key-to-install-and-use-windows-10/

Thanks so much for all the help. Is there any good monitors you can recommend for me as I’m undecided at the minute?
