I have part of my partition for windows on the wrong drive

http://prntscr.com/hgh1kk I have part of the partition on the wrong drive and i when i launch windows I have to go into the bios and exit it I can discard changed settings or just exit with saving and it launches fine I just have to go into the bios to be able to use windows. I am upgrading my PC very soon and i want to fix this before i swap parts. That parts ill be replacing are the MOBO, RAM, CPU. If you have any insight on how to fix this please I'm open to anything. P.S Thank you.

Main drive - SSD 480GB sandisk
Second drive - SeaGate 1TB (i had windows on it before i got the ssd but i wiped it)

Parts I'm replacing I5 4690k Upgrading to I7 7700K
Asrock z97 anniversary Upgrading to msi z270 sli plus
Crucial 4x2 DDR3 Upgrading to Rip Jaws V 8x2 DDR4 2400

Um, Ok i was planning on doing a full reinstall just wasnt sure if i had to wipe the 1tb to make it work and what not but since you just confirmed i can just unplug it before i reformat, Thank you
