Upgrading PC for 2018 Games

Upgrading PC 2018

Hy guys I'm planing to upgrade my pc for 1080p gaming,and I would like from you guys to help me pick new parts and tell me which one I can keep(mybe overclock for better preformance).

My current parts

CPU- FX 8320e
CPU Cooler- lc power lc-cc-95
GPU- XFX R9 270 2gb
MBO- GA-970A-DS3P (rev. 2.x)
RAM- 2x4 Gb 1366Mhz Kingston + 2Gb Corsair 1366Mhz
PSU- Corsair CX 600

Right now I'm still at 720p monitor.

For 400 I can't really give you a better pc since everything has to be replaced. Best you can do atm is just get a gtx 1060 6gb or rx 580 or better and live with the bottleneck until you can replace the whole pc and keep the gpu.

Here some specifications that are good on Medium to High graphics on most games that would be good for 1080p gaming. You can also buy this on some websites for around $700.00 USD only.

Processor: AMD FX-6300 Vishera 6-Core 3.5 GHz / 4.1 GHz Turbo Unlocked
Motherboard: AM3+ 960 Chipset Motherboard
Graphics: Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050 TI 4GB Pascal Engine
Memory: High Performance 8GB DDR3 1866 MHz Gaming Memory
Hard Disk: 1TB 7200 RPM Hard Drive
Power Supply: 500 Watts High Performance 80 Plus Power Supply
Operating System Windows 10 Professional 64-bit

I personally have these specifications, and they're really better than you might think they are. I totally would recommend getting something like this.

Thats a worse pc than what he already has in every way except the gpu.

I'm not really on some kind of budget,just looking into upgrading and reusing parts that are not necessary being replaced.
But I think I could spend around 400€
