Which will be better

I am looking for a cpu cooler around 3 to 4k rs . So which will be a better choice. Cooler master evo 212 or corsair hydro series h45 or cooler master lite 120 liquid cooler .
My specs are
Processor i7 7700 (non k)
Mobo asus asus B250F
Cabinet Thermaltake versa n25
Psu corsair vs650

I wouldn't bother with them, the air coolers will work just as well but be quieter and cheaper. Plus since you can't even overclock the CPU then there's no need to spend much on a cooler.

The only time I would recommend a AIO is if the case isn't deep enough for a good air cooler or the budget allows for a higher end 240/280mm unit.

In my opinion cryorig is a littlebit too loud. Even though the evo is louder. In my opinion try to get be quiet pure rock , it's cheap and great cooling with low noise. I have got my ryzen 5 1600 on it with 3.7ghz on 65 degrees on aida 64. Hope that I helped. :)
