-Asus Rog Strix B350-F
-EVGA 500 BQ
-Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB
-Samsung 850 Evo 250GB
-Palit GeForce GTX1060 6GB
-AMD Ryzen 5 1600
-RAM?

1)What RAM should I take?
2)Is the case big enough for cable managment(back side)and big enough for a 120mm radiator(front side)
3)Do I have to change something on this build?

Get the corsair lpx 3000mhz ram. Ryzen really needs it. I have got very simmilar system with a different psu and gpu. Also get a better gpu. Don't get the palit cards , they have a lot of coil whine.

Get one of these. Also try to get a better cpu cooler if you can afford it. Be quiet pure rock would be enough. Hope that I helped.

The stock cooler is fine actually for a moderate 3.8ghz overclock.
And yes get a better psu like the guy above said.
The seasonic focus plus 550 is 55 bucks now. Solid psu for a fantastic price.
