Hi guys! So I'm trying to boot into UEFI just to check on all the parts that I got so far (just missing graphics card currently) through the integrated graphics. However, when I start the computer I'm getting no signal at all to the two different monitors I've tried find below the full build so far.

Asrock Z270 Extreme 4
Intel I7-7700k Kaby Lake
16GB (2x8) G.Skill Ripjaws 3200MhZ DDR4
Corsair Force MP500 120GB M.2 SSD
Corsair CX750M PSU

The only thing I've come up with as a potential problem, is the manual for the PSU says not to plug the CPU power into ATX12V (which is what the CPU power-in on the MOBO says it is) though apparently all the Asrock forums say to ignore this and they get along fine. Any help would be much appreciated!

Your PSU should have an 8 pin EPS12V connector, that's what you plug into the CPU power connector on your mobo.

Yupp, have the 4+4 EPS12V plugged into the CPU power, the manual however says not to plug it into an ATX12V which is what the MOBO manual has the CPU slot listed as ATX12V

See Page 8: http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Manual/Z270%20Extreme4.pdf
CPU Power 12V is in the top left listed as "ATX12V"

The CX750M manual says do not attach the 4+4 to an ATX12V socket, which is confusing but whatever, that's just the only even potential answer I have so far.

Where do you see that? There's a warning about not connecting the detachable 4 pin connector from the 20+4 pin motherboard connector into the 4 pin CPU power socket (ATX12V/P4) on the mobo. I don't see anything about not attaching the 4+4 connector to a ATX12V socket.

But anyway, if you have the 4+4 pin connector plugged into the socket labelled ATX12V1 on your mobo, then you're fine.

Is the computer powering on/fans running, just no video output?

Sidenote, to go ahead and narrow some stuff down, all BIOS version for the Z70 support the 7700k. I've been grounding myself properly and wearing a discharge bracelet, tried 2 monitors with all 3 connectors, am not trying to install windows or actually boot up, just let it run into UEFI to make sure it's reading everything, already tried single and dual channel RAM configurations of all kinds, tried with and without the M.2 plugged in, and triple checked all the connections
