RAM compatibility question

So I just ordered more ram for my rig and when ordering overlooked the CL. I already have DDR4 G.Skills TridentZ 16GB (2x8GB) 3200’s CL is 15 and Timing 15-15-15-35. The ones I just ordered are also DDR4 G.Skills TridentZ 16GB (2x8GB) 3200’s. The only difference is the CL/Timing which is CL 16 and timing 16-18-18-38. My question is, if I do not adjust timing on my ram in BIOS what issues might I encounter?

Rig
MoBo- Asus ROG Maximus Hero IX

CPU- Intel i7 Kabylake 7700k 4.2GHz

Unknown. You can try. All RAM is different. Vendors sell "matched sets" because they have tested them as a set. You should have purchased a two DIMM 16GB matched set and sold the old 8GB set if you wanted guaranteed compatibility.
