Question about Graphics Card.

So I installed my new graphics card However it does not appear in the device manager unless I go to view and select show hidden files. How can this be fixed?

Click organize in windows explorer toolbar, select folder search options open it, click view tab at the top of folder options, select view hidden file, folders and drives, under that click ok to save and your good to go.

Did not work. Still have to go through that process and can't install drivers or GeForce experience as it still does not detect the graphics card.

You actually should not need to go to device manager at all, on installing any new card the pc should automatically pick it up, I would maybe uninstall all GPU software, then switch off pc, take out graphics card, then reinstall it, and download latest drivers and install.

No longer need assistance I got it to work not exactly sure what was wrong but for whatever reason it did not install the video controller after putting in the new graphics card but restart my pc and it downloaded and not my drive is on the DM and can instal drivers and other support software.
