Trouble with first boot on first build

So I just spend the entire day building my first PC. We'll start with the components:
Fractal Design Define R5
Ryzen 7 1700 (using stock cooler)
Asrock Fatality b350 motherboard
XFX RX580 4gb
Trident Z DDR4 3200 16GB (2x8)
Seagate Barracuda 2tb
Crucial MX300 ssd 1tb
Seasonic Focus 850w psu
and some cheap Asus optical drive

The problem I am having is that when I plug it in and turn it on all the lights come on, all the fans spin, my mouse and keyboard leds light up... it is just not displaying anything on my monitor. I have two inexpensive Acer monitors (don't remember model) that I have been using for a long while now with my old PC. I have only tried one monitor at a time (figured there might be some hiccups with my first attempt at building a PC so I didn't plug everything into it yet).

I have tried swapping monitors, cables, trying different plugs on the back of the gpu itself, making sure the gpu is seated, making sure the power connector is connected (the led on the gpu lights up so it's getting power.), etc. I am at a loss as to what could be wrong.

I pulled the R9 290 out of my old PC and I intend to try it to see if the gpu is doa by putting it in and seeing if it works (seems to be rare/I am sure it's probably a mistake on my end). If that does not work, then I don't know what to do. Might also try the new gpu in the old PC (haven't figured out what would be easier/give me more information)

Idk if there is supposed to be beeping or something but there is none of that. Nothing I got came with anything to plug into "power led speaker header" so I don't know if it can even beep after looking through the troubleshooting thread on first post errors.

Let me know if pictures would help or maybe I could explain something better... I am at a loss because to my noob eyes everything else seems to be working (as I said all the fans spin, the Wraith Spire led is on, the led on the gpu is on, hell, even my mouse and keyboard are lit up like they're working too).

If anyone has any ideas, I'm all ears and would be very grateful for the help.

Solution
reseat the ram, try using only one stick, try both on their own.

Also how long did you wait?
Ryzens "first boot" is actually exceptionally long, so you may just have to sit and wait.

You can also try spamming the DEL key to get the Bios to come up.

Because if it's successfully booting, but it doesn't have an OS installed, it'll just go to a black screen if you haven't setup the boot order right to read the OS install media first (USB/DVD).

Thanks to everyone who read my thread, and thank you in particular James for trying to help. I am almost embarrassed to post this, but I got it working... turns out the clip in the back of the psu is running to the gpu wasn't clipped securely and came undone (after a good nights sleep I immediately noticed it when I opened the case) The led on my gpu went from red to blue and is now working! :) now it's time to get this thing setup and enjoy the fruits of my labor. Thanks again!
