Will this motherboard fit my cpu?

I am very new to PC building and I am looking to upgrade my current 400 dollar gaming computer. I am looking to upgrade my processor from an AMD FX 4300 to a Intel i5 7600k. Therefore I need a new motherboard. I have ordered a new graphics card: PNY 1050ti 4gb. The motherboard I am looking at is an MSI. Also, do I need to upgrade my power supply? It is currently 350W
Someone help me out?! Please?

That motherboard will fit a 7600K just fine, but why don't you consider an 8400 instead? I can't imagine the price will be much different.

I agree why not get the latest relevant architecture if the price difference (not too much) is not an issue.
