Hi I'm building a new pc and it's going to have an intel i3 7100 and an evga 1050 ti with 16gb of RAM.



Will I be able to stream games like csgo and LoL smoothly? What can I expect from more CPU and GPU demanding games like pubg or overwatch? Finally, What streaming program should I use? (side question, I've always wanted to edit videos, would this work?)
Any help would be great.

Well, your i3 and 1050ti probably will run csgo and LoL smoothly but I don't know about streaming. For more demanding games like PUBG it should be fine to play but not much for streaming. You would have to upgrade to at least an i5 or Ryzen 5 and a 1060 6GB to stream more demanding games. I would also recommend upgrading to 32GB of Ram for streaming/gaming + video editing.

Now I don't know what your budget is, but this is a build for around 1,500USD for streaming/gaming + editing

Streaming won't go smoothly with that cpu. You can use the nvidia gpu streaming but the quality is quite a bit worse with that.
