hi can u help me choose my gaming case ? :)

first 1 : Green striker

here is the diffrence between these

the first 1
6 slots for fans (2 front , 3 top and 1 rear ) 3 preinstalled
1 usb 3 type a and 1 type C
1 slot for odd
does not have fan speed controler

second 1
5 fan slots (2 front 2 top 1 rear) and all 5 pre installed
2 usb 3 type A
2 slot for odd
has fan speed controler

and my build is ryzen 1600 , GTX 1060 , 16 gig 2666 , and no overcloacking for now mybe future

and i have another question, can i use an adaptor for the type C usb and convert it to a type A ? and if i do that will it still have the usb 3 performance ? i mean doesnt the adaptor reduces the performance ?
