Hey guys, 2 months ago I bought a new PC (parts of it to be exact) and lately it started to act weird. While booting up and doing some basic stuff it seems like it is ok, even some 3D programs like SolidWorks and Inventor are runing ok. But when I play games I get some poor performance. Let's say Battlefield 1 should be running pretty good, but I barely get good frames on low, Arma 3, PUBG and Shadow of War have the same problem, other games like CSGO are ok.

I downloaded Malwarebytes and it says that the system should be ok, but on the task manager when I check the component usage it looks like the CPU is under some serious load (hiting numbers above 80% constantly, but idk what could be using so much of it). Checked all the temperatures on HWMonitor but it all looks ok. What could be the problem?? (for any screenshoots or anything else just say)

PC specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 1300x (with stock cooler, bc I never overclocked it)
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1060 6gb
Motherboard: MSI 350M Gaming Pro
OS: Windows 10 64-bit
Drivers: 500GB M.2 SSD and 1TB SATA HDD
RAM: 8GB DDR4 or DDR5 can't remember (single stick, planing on upgrading it)

That is not it... Checked it and not one proccess stands out. While I play games or render it just hits it... Could be a bad CPU? (like should I request a new one?)
