UPS restarting PC when power outage or fluctuating during gaming.

Hi, I am from India and these are my system specifications:-

UPS: Intex GREENX725
Mobo: ASUS M5A78L-M Plus
Processor: FX-6300
PSU: Coolermaster thunder 500W
GPU: GTX 960 4 GB
HDD: 1 TB

So the issue is every time there is a fluctuation or power outage my ups just restarts my computer and it starts working. This happens only when i am gaming. I don't know how to fix it nor i don't know if its due to my UPS or anything. I tried asking a computer service center nearby and they said they can provide better ups models but if this doesn't solve the issue they won't refund so i need to be careful when choosing a better one. If someone can please tell me if its the issue with my UPS or not and how to select good UPS next time carefully please let me know. I have heavy fluctuation during night times and power outages during morning in my area (fml).

It's a 360W UPS; is the battery fairly new? The total system draw can easily exceed the UPS when using a lower efficiency PSU. What else is connected to the UPS?

The monitor draws up to 40W. Your PC could draw up to 280W, but it probably is less than that while gaming. Presuming 250W and a 70% efficient PSU, it would then draw approximately 350W from the UPS. Add the monitor and you have an issue.

Did you test without the monitor connected to the UPS? Does the system reboot if someone disconnects the UPS from the outlet while you're gaming?

Presuming the power requirement is 400W and UPS utilization should ideally not exceed 70%, a 600W (1000VA) UPS more than meets the requirements.

My friend told me the UPS i'm using has auto restart which restarts when power fluctuates. So is it the issue and will this ups solve it for me?

The UPS you selected only is 360W (600VA); it isn't powerful enough.
