Got a new graphics card and no fps improvement

I’ve looked all around google and YouTube and can’t find out what the problem is maybe it’s my CPU

Specs -
CybertronPC Patriot Gaming Desktop - AMD A4-6300 Dual-Core 3.7GHz Processor, 8GB DDR3 Memory, Radeon HD 8370D Graphics, 1TB HDD, 802.11bgn Wireless, Windows 8.1 64-Bit + Nvidia GTX 750 (New graphics card)

yes, cpu is very likely the bottleneck, just check cpu usage during game, msi afterburner is a good tool, probably close to 100%
