Hi, I have an ASUS Z370 TUF PLUS GAMING mobo, my case is very old, a Foxconn Diabolic TH202 (https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811153006) (http://www.hardcoreware.net/reviews/review-190-1.htm).

This case has a front panel which has plugs for headphones and a mic, what I really need is a mic, headphones would be a plus.

The manual has a legend of each pin on its AAFP (10-1 pin), but I don't know where does each cable of my case's front panel module goes. I will include pics of the manual and the actual cables on the case.

AAFP connector: https://imgur.com/ncTnwWy
Case's MIC cables: https://imgur.com/FPeNrqF
Case's HP cables: https://imgur.com/xo3R1l4
Case's other cables (i assume they are for a firewire connection): https://imgur.com/M6VBQ4F

Ultimately, can someone tell me where to connect each cable, where in the AAFP connector.

Thanks

Look over this Wikipedia page on HD Audio. The "Front panel connector" chart will show you where to connect your mic and headphones.

You may need to "Disable" HD Audio in the UEFI bios for your front panel mic and headphones to work properly. I'm not exactly sure.

HD Audio Controller
This item allows you to use the Azalia High Definition Audio Controller.
Configuration options: [Disabled] [Enabled]

There is no setting in the bios to set it to AC'97, there is an option that says HD Audio controller but if I set it to disabled it just stops recognizing my speakers, and it doesn't even recognize there is a sound card, the sound starts coming out of my monitor because of NVIDIA HDA.

I got the mic working connecting MIC IN on PIN 5 and MIC POWER on PIN 7, just by trial and error

I guess you should just keep using trial and error to get your headphones working.
