Need help with upgrading my rig

I'm looking to upgrade my rig (mostly for gaming, making music etc)

my current rig looks a little like this:
i5-2400 CPU 3.10GHz
16GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 Ti (2 monitor setup)
GA-H67M-D2-B3 MoBo
ZS Series 650W PSU
1TB HDD (no SSD)

Could someone offer me a little advice, I mostly play League, OW, PUBG etc whilst on the PC. It's starting to get a little slow and I've been meaning to upgrade for a while.

What is your budget?
Where do you live?
Do you have any preferences on the CPU?
Do you want to upgrade the GPU as well?
Can we add a SSD into the mix? Note, to use it as a boot drive you will almost certainly HAVE to fully reinstall everything, it's not possible to transfer just the OS to a new drive.
