Bios resets every now and then, American Megatrends screen

Every now and again (twice in 3 months) i have been presented with the American Megatrends boot screen, telling me to enter setup as my bios settings have been reset. I have only had the pc for 3 months and everything was brand new. Is there any reason for this or concern? If it helps or makes a difference, I am using the profile 1 xmp through the bios to make my ram run at 3200mhz.

Sounds like a bug within the bios? you're running the most recent bios? Shouldn't be the battery as all the parts are new, those cell batteries last a good 5+ years.
