In terms of gaming performance no. If you just need a gpu to run a display so you can browse the web it's ok.

It's not really worth much, you can buy them on ebay for $9 with free shipping. Since it works I'd just keep it, it can be very handy to have a known good gpu lying around.

Yes, by quite a bit. You can get a 750TI which is a much much better card for $40-$50. But it does depend on your location the prices Im looking at are based on prices in the US.
