$650 Budget Gaming PC

I am looking for a Gaming PC that can do some light streaming with, some examples of games I play are PUBG, Rust, Dead by Daylight, and ARK. I already have a few parts, so exclude these parts from the budget.

4 - Magnetic RGB LEDs
3 - RGB Fans
Cosair Force MP500 M.2 SSD
1x4gb stick of hyper x fury memory black
Corsair CXM 550W 80+ Bronze

I already have peripherals. You have $650 plus the parts listed above to build me a PC, thank you

The extra RAM stick is optional, but gaming rigs are usually 8GB+ so I thought if you could splurge an extra 25$ or so, you can get 8GB then. You should later invest in some faster RAM though since Ryzen loves FAST RAM. I think however a 1500x and 1060 6GB card should do you good since you haven't said what you're wanting to play in (1080p at 144hz? 1440p at 144hz?). However, feel free to pick apart this build a bit but this should get you on your feet.
