I'm rebuilding my childhood machine and making it a beast. OC'able pentium 3 on this board with 1GB of ram, a nice ass GPU (whatever possible, ati 9600, 9700, 3D rage, dunno yet), etc. According to the manual you can overclock nearly everything, and I know the CPU can be overclocked like crazy. I'm just a little confused as to why some of this is overclockable.

Referencing page 17 of the manual linked above, why would I want to OC the PCI and AGP bus? I get cache, processor, FSB.... Why would I want to OC those? Was there not software to OC GPU's of the time? I don't really know, I started with 2006/2004 pentium 4 machines and mostly laptops so I really have 0 clue why I would want to OC this stuff.

Thanks!
