Dual graphics card on laptop

I have two graphics cards in my laptop:
Intel 520 integrated 2 gb vram
Amd r5 m430 dedicated 2 gb vram

Is there a way to use them at the same time when gaming. Keep in mind I am on a laptop so SLI or crossfire is not possible.

No. Only if you had external GPU withn same series of gpu ex. R5 m430 and R5 235. But in that case even then you coudlnt do it(im not sure about it). Only way is on desktop where cpu has intergrated GPU and GPU in PCIE slot.
