ethernet controller driver

I have an Asrock Nf7G FullHD R3,0 motherboard. It has on board Gigabit Lan 10/100/1000.
Sice I renewed my Win XP I cannot connect to the internet The ethernet controller driver is missing.
Who can help me to find that driver? There is software claiming being able to update all but at least that is useless when you cannor reach the internet.

Thank you Satan-IR.
I tried your solution. IT did install something and turn it was going tot restart but It went stick and IT will nog start anymore. I am affraid that i will have to reinstall win XP wich can be done unless you know a vetter truck.

What do you mean by it will not start anymore? Do you mean the system won't boot and Windows XP won't load?

Did you download the right version for your system architecture? 32-bit or 64-bit?

Maybe you can try repairing the XP with the installation disc if it's not booting?

If you can boot try the driver The Paladin linked, that might work.
