My video card show me this message when I turn on the PC:
power off and connect the power cables.
I tested the board on two PCs and with two different power sources, one of 500w real and another of 450w real.
and the same message appears again.
some one can help me?

Solution
Nvm ill try to look out for back side and post picture in high quality and you could see which is missing but mostly i cannot find resistor values.
You have to manually find resistor/mosfet on Google and see how it Works and what it does and test every with voltmeter, long process. I Know i was working on phones but only official repair shops have data sheet of that devies for every resistor.

UPDATE:
Heres some high quality pictures soo check for missing components.Otherwise you have to indetify the component and see its value and test it. Its a looong progress.

Have you connected this into your GPU?

but by chance would you have her electric scheme to give me?

I tested with voltmeter the pins of the connector of psu and if the connector of the gpu was with charge glow, but it was not, and all the tension that should be arriving in the gpu, in fact is arriving.
everything I said I tested with another psu to make sure that it really was not a problem with psu.
but the mansion "Please Power Down and Connect the PCIe Power Cable (s) for this Graphics Card" is haunting me kkk
I am getting crazy..
I already tested all the capacitors of the gpu one by one. all transistors, all fusistors, fuses, gpu circuit tracks, and even tested the gpu on another motherboard.
I think you can do it, you have enough experience and a lot of knowledge.

yes sir, and with the equipment connected and the gpu connected, I was testing with the voltmeter up to where the electric current arrived in the gpu, and everything seemed normal, but the equipment still presented the message that is make me "crazy"
"Please Power Down and Connect the PCIe Power Cable (s) for this Graphics Card"
even with the power cord connected and powering the gpu board.

I think PWM is not triggering MOSFETs. is not triggering the power supply, but there are my difficulty, I do not know how I can test the PWM and I think his FUSISTOR is not bad

Something tells me that we are almost discovering where the defect is.
