GTX 1080 ASUS Turbo idles at 60C

Isn't that too high for idle? full load, it reaches 85C, but the thing is the power goes up to 105%, don't know why.

Specs:

I7 4790
DDR3 16 GB RAM
GTX 1080

at idle, there is 25% power usage wtf

Thats not normal for idle, should be around 45c. under load default it can go to 110% power and OC 120% so thats fine. 85C is also normal unless you change the fan profile.

Only reason to idle at 25% power is because the video card is being used. Which would explain the higher "idle" temps" because the cards not really idling.

Any reason why that is? No programs are open, and it sits at 25% usage. No, I do not have a virus. Scanned my PC with Malwarebytes, Bitdefender, etc.

You don't have Steam, Uplay, Battle.net or Orgins open? I've noticed sometimes those can keep the card from idling sometimes.
