The internet switches between wireless and ethernet for no particular reason. Currently, it only works with ethernet and this has been happening for 3 years. I have tried contacting my ISP but they tell me to reset/factory reset my router (netgear nighthawk 8000) and to reset my
modem but none of that actually helped. Help would be appriciated.
This may be a bit unclear but just ask if there's questions. I also don't really know too much about internet but that won't stop me from figuring out by looking things up.
