I'm having an issue right now with my computer where I can't seem to enter BIOS anymore. I have entered BIOS with this motherboard in the past. The motherboard is a MSI P67A-GD65(B3). When I turn on my computer I see the MSI splash screen but nothing that says "Press DEL to enter BIOS" (I have checked the manual, DEL key should be the BIOS key and F11 for the Boot Menu). So if I just spam my DEL key when it's starting up I just go straight to Windows.

The only fix that I could think of was clearing the CMOS by removing the battery and disconnecting the power supply and I got to a black screen where it detected my hardware and said

"Devices Changed (CPU or Memory) or CMOS have been cleared. Please enter Setup to configure your system.

Press F1 to run setup.

Press F2 to load default values and continue."

But when I tried to press F1 or F2 nothing would happen even though my keyboard was detected and lit up. I ended up having to shut my system down then restart it to get back into Windows.

So at this point I'm up for any possible solutions that you can think of. If you can come up with anything or noticed something that I might've overlooked I'd greatly appreciate your help.
