Yeah, that is pretty low. Most of these prebuilt PC's come with pretty bad power supplies, but 180 is pretty low. It is also a strange combination of a 7700 and a 1050. It is like having a Ferrari with no AC and cloth seats.
For the record, Nvidia recommends 300 watt PSU. But take that with a grain of salt because they have no idea what other components are in the system.

I would look on the actual PSU itself. It may be an error and the PSU may be rated higher in your box as the site says configurations may vary.
I don't know if there is much you will be able to do about it without getting a new case too, because I doubt a ATX PSU will fit there. I am just eyeballing the case, but it looks like a small form factor. But I may be wrong.
