Hello im new to forums but whenever i press the key to enter my bios it makes this clicking/ticking sort of noise and whenever i holt it down it makes the sound repeatedly. Also whenever my pc boots up it makes the posts twice with two beeps. Fx 6300 (stock speed) msi 760GMA-P34 MSI armor 2x gtx 950. I also tried it with my gigabyte gtx 950 and same problem.

2 Beeps in an AMI [American Megatrends] BIOS = Parity circuit failure

- Explanation: The parity circuit is responsible for generating and checking the parity bit on the system memory when parity checking is used. This circuitry is not working properly.
- Diagnosis: This code usually means a problem with either the system memory or the motherboard.

What is the memory you are using? Have you cleared the CMOS?

Yes i have figured it out somewhat, so its whenever i use my keyboard (Thermaltake quickfire tk) because they layout has the number pad and arrow keys in the same key and can be swiched using the num lock key after it has booted into windows. I have used a different keyboard since and i can access the bios, i am also wondering why it is making that ticking sound. I am using the ballistix sport 8gb 1.6ghz super low profile. And i have not tried clearing cmos.

Is the clicking sound coming out of your speakers or from the case?
