Built a new computer and got out assembled, but the thing won't cycle on. The motherboard power indicator LED comes on, as well as the RGB LED strip, but no fans spool up, nothing displays, etc. Parts list as follows:

MOBO: Asus Rog Strix B350-F
CPU: Ryzen 5 1600X
Cooler: Corsair H60
GPU: GeForce GTX 1060
RAM: GSkill Ripjaw Series V 2x8gb DDR4
PSU: Corsair RM850X
Case: Fractal Meshify

Things I have tried:
Reseating the RAM
Booting without the GPU
A different case (thought it might be a bad connection to the switch)
Checked the fractal case with a different setup, and the case did boot the other setup
Removing the CMOS (Asus suggested)
A different PSU

I'm running short on ideas here.

I just tried this as well. At this point, I'm probably going to RMA the motherboard.
