Built a new pc and now monitor is getting no signal

Pc not showing signal on my monitor to install windows or even go into bios. Does anyone know what this could be?

My specs are
A nvidia 1070 graphics card
Ryzen 5 CPU
Msi b350m pro mother board
Vengeance rgb ram

So I have found the easy debug led on my mother board and the lights for dram and CPU are on. Also I made my ram in the second fam slot because it won't fit in the first because of my CPU fan could that be the reason why it is not booting up properly. Or does it not matter what slot your ram is or if you have two sticks in:
