PC won't boot from ssd

So basically I transferred my stuff from my 500gb HDD( only 80gb was used) to my 250gb Samsung 850 evo using EASEUS partition master. It did all the converting and stuff. Then I went to the BIOS to set it to boot from the SSD. It shows the order : SSD, HDD1, HDD2. but then I boot and it still boots from my HDD. I checked and all my files and windows stuff is on the SSD. Please help

Assuming the original drive still works, redo it.

Specific steps for a successful clone operation:
-----------------------------
Verify the actual used space on the current drive is significantly below the size of the new SSD
Download and install Macrium Reflect (or Samsung Data Migration, if a Samsung SSD)
Power off
Disconnect ALL drives except the current C and the new SSD
Power up
Run the Macrium Reflect (or Samsung Data Migration)
Select ALL the partitions on the existing C drive
Click the 'Clone' button
Wait until it is done
When it finishes, power off
Disconnect ALL drives except for the new SSD
Swap the SATA cables around so that the new drive is connected to the same SATA port as...

It should boot from the new drive, just like the old drive.
Maybe reboot a time or two, just to make sure.

If it works, and it should, all is good.

Later, reconnect the old drive and wipe as necessary.
