Well I finally made the leap from an FX platform to an R7 based system and it has been honestly rather underwhelming thus far. I have had a lot of instability issues and generally just plain bad luck. I have a few questions for all of the Ryzen masters out there, but am looking for just general tips and tricks as well.

My first question is for anyone who has an ASUS MOBO with any bios version newer than September. I am wondering if the newest BIOS update is worth downloading for stability and for RAM Compatibility. I am having generally poorer performance from this system than I expected and am wondering if the new BIOS version from ASUS (sometime from early November). I live in a very old building which gets frequent power disruptions and thus am scared to try a BIOS flash unless it will help a lot.

Second has anyone had any success getting Gskill 3200 MHZ RAM to run at that speed on an ASUS ROG B350-F. my last build was a lot more plug and play, and so far I haven't had much luck with getting anything higher than 2133 (maybe my old BIOS)? if anyone has had any success on this I would love to hear it.

Third and final for now, can someone link to somewhere with recommended voltages and settings for a decent yet modest overclock for an R7 1700X, as most Videos are focused on more of an over clock than I am interested in and most articles neglect basic specs such as these (at least the ones I have read).

Thanks in Advanced.

Build:
R7 1700X
ASUS B350-f (old bios from August)
16 Gb Gskill Trident Z (2133 MHZ sadly)
Gigabyte GTX 1070 G1
H60 AIO.

I think you needed better board, it's known you should have a X370 board for any high end AM4 CPUs as the current B350 mobos, dont have really good VRMs.
You have good cheap X370, like Prime A or Gaming K4. Maybe try selling that one?
