No Monitor Signal! Please Help

No signal for my monitor! Ive tried a few things to no avail. I get one long blink and two short blinks on startup, so I'm thinking either bad video adapter or memory error. Also found that my 2800 ram might not be supported by my motherboard and I'm looking for a workaround cause the supported list seems ridiculously short.

My build:
Ryzen 5 1600x
Asus Strix B350-F Gaming
Gskills Ripjaws V series DDR4 2800 16GB (2x8)
EVGA Supernova 650W
Phanteks Enthoo Pro M

The motherboard does not have integrated graphics. It counts on the CPU that comes with integrated graphics. The board only provides the video ports, but no controller on board.
Now, Ryzen does not have integrated graphics. Only APU CPUs do have it.
Therefore, no video controller, if graphics card not installed.

So wait, your saying that it comes broken? Or that my ryzen is too fast for my mobo to handle graphically?

edit: Talked to tech support, youre right! Ill post again if things still go wrong on Tuesday when my GPU gets in, but I just wanna thank you so much for taking the time out to help me. Much appreciated
