I I have no idea why my CPU is performing so badly, before I OC'ed it 3700MHz it was scoring around the 15th percentile.

The temps are fine and I don't my motherboard has a slowmode, I've checked the other threads but found nothing relevant at all. Does anyone know what the culprit might be?

Thanks in advance!

Doesn't seem like a real issue to me after all. For that matter, I have spent days trying to resolve similar "issue" with my Asus RX480 performing "below expectations", and this was only due to one specific subset of tests which was lower than other similar cards. In real tasks, gaming, there were never any issues whatsoever. I'd say it is safe to ignore this anomaly, since Cinebench is fine.

Sorry for the late reply

I just redid the userbenchmark test and I my CPU temperature peaked at 47 degrees C, I got the same percentile.

In Cinebench I got 1216 cb at 46 degree C when it's OC'ed to 3.7ghz, which looks like it's an average score for being moderately overclocked.
